In 1995 Nimod founded Nipro Electronics Systems with his School friend and buddy Pramod, to assemble and market home based consumer electronic hardware.
In 1998 Nipro Electronics Systems renamed as Nipro Informations Systems to enter into the computer hardware and system integration business.
When reached its optimal performance during 2003, Nipro Information Systems dissolved in Future Media Publications, founded along with other 3 eminent personalities, to concentrate in print media industry. In 2004 Nimod left Future Media followed by its decision to stop publishing business activities and divert its concentration on online and service business opportunities.

After acquiring the expertise in System Integration, OS, Print/online media technologies, Nimod had Joined the Publishing Giant, Springer group in their Chennai based SPS.
He had also worked with Publishing MNC Macmillan for a short span of time.
worked on the highly automated publishing platforms For Newgen Knowledge Works, Chennai. From 2007 to 2011 September, to oversee the development, training and technical support on 3B2 publishing platform.
From 2011 to 2013 Nimod was heading the technology team at Integra Software Services P Ltd Pondicherry. By August 2013, Nimod joined Manipal Group in Manipal to head the Publishing Business in their digital business firm, Manipal Digital Systems P Ltd (MDS). He is currently heading the Publishing Operations at MDS.
